Returns (Bummer):

We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. However, if you are not, returns are accepted within15 days of the order delivering to you. All returns must be postmarked by the 15th day to be accepted, if 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

Please allow 2-4 business days for your item to be processed and shipped. We are not responsible by shipping delays that might be affected by, but not limited to customs, transportation strikes, delays from USPS to international mail carriers and natural disasters.

To check the shipping status of your order, please reference your tracking number in your emailed order shipment confirmation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. 

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mymissionlane.com.

The processing time for each order takes about 2-4 business days. Please note these times may be extended during holidays, restocks, launches and promotions.

Order Changes/ Cancellations:

Immediately email us at info@mymissionlane if you need to make a change or if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee all request will be fulfilled. Once you receive you order shipment confirmation, no changes can be made.

If your item was purchased at an popup event and you wish to return or exchange it, please email us with your name & event details at info@mymissionlane.com .  The 15 day return/exchange policy applies to these items as well.
